motivates people to improve their quality of life and create a sense of community through horticulture.

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month, October through May, at 10:00 a.m.  Our General Meetings and Field Trips are open to Future Members and Guests.  Starting the Fall of 2022. our meetings will be held at

Mullins Hall in Mullins Park, Coral Springs, FL and on Saturdays at Northwest Regional Library

Meetings include featured speakers, programs and events. Refreshments are served. Our horticultural and environmental field trips have car pools and lunches arranged. For more information about upcoming programs email: gardenclubs2020@yahoo.com

Those attending who have memberships to Flamingo Gardens will still pay the full price of $26.95.

January 9, 2020 – Our Garden Club is in it’s 21st year. Field Trip to Excelsa Gardens we will enjoy a private tour of this gorgeous progressive 13  acre nursery specializing over more than 200 different tropical, clumping bamboo varieties for ornamental, landscape application also rare tropical trees.   Lunch in the garden and Transportation plans TBA.

February 13, 2020 – Valentines Day Meeting – 10 a.m. at Cypress Hall – 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071 Program Speaker, Lynne Martzall, Public information officer, City of Coral Springs will be presenting a very informative talk on recycling.  You will be amazed at how much you will learn. We will be discussing nominations for members to fill the Board of Director’s positions for the upcoming seasons 2020 ~ 2022.  You receive so much more from an organization when you become involved and take part in the different chairmanships and decisions  of the Club. Preparations for our annual fundraiser Gardenfest Coral Springs will be discussed     Future members and guests are always welcome.  Refreshments will be served.

March 12, 2020 – General Meeting – 10:00 a.m. at Cypress Hall – 1300 Coral Springs, Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071 Program: “Show and Tell” by Members.  Including Master Gardeners and avid Gardeners displaying a wealth of gardening knowledge and experience.  Also, final preparations for the beautiful Gardenfest Coral Springs event at The Walk of Coral Springs on March 21 ~ 22, 2020. We need everyone to volunteer a couple of hours.  You will enjoy the experience.  Refreshments and Guests are welcome.

October 10, 2019 – First General Meeting of the 2019-2020 Season– 10 a.m. at Cypress Hall – 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071.  This first meeting of the season will be a Celebration of of our 20th Anniversary as The Garden Club of Coral Springs, Inc. With a RIBBON CUTTING from The Coral Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce.  TREE Planting in our honor by the City of Coral Springs.  Additional info TBA. Ends at 12 noon.   Future members and guests  are always welcome.  Refreshments will be served.

November 14, 2019 – General Meeting – Our Featured Speaker, Mr. John Caldwell, Board Manager District 6, Florida State Bee Association. Without these fascinating pollinators  we would not be enjoying the wonderful fruit and vegetables so available to us. John and Teresa Coldwell, President South Florida Beekeepers Association. Future members and guests are always welcome.  Refreshments will be served.

December 12, 2019 – Our much anticipated Holiday Luncheon Meeting – 11:30 a.m. at Maggiano’s “Little Italy” 21090 St. Andrews Blvd.- Boca Raton, FL 33433  behind Bloomingdales in the Boca Town Center.  Our delicious family style Luncheon will be held  in a private Holiday-decorated room.  “Night Before Christmas Gift Exchange Game”. What Fun! This is a popular and well attended event and guests are certainly warmly welcome.
